The Interspeech 2025 official housing agent, Preferred Hotel Reservations, has made hotel block bookings in Rotterdam and its surroundings.

On their website you can book your hotel room and find all information about distance to the conference venue and finding your way in Rotterdam.

Looking for a roommate?

For attendees looking to find a hotel roommate, we have opened a designated LinkedIn group to help connect with potential roommates. This group allows you to post your request or browse through existing posts to find someone with similar accommodation preferences.

How it works?

  1. Post your request: Share a bit about yourself, your dates of stay, and any preferences you have for a roommate. You can also follow the template below and fill in your responses.

  2. Browse and Respond: Look through posts by other attendees. If you find a potential match, respond directly to coordinate further.

  3. Book Together: Once you've found your roommate, you can both proceed to book your accommodation.
