Registration and fees for Interspeech 2025​​​​​​​​​

Below you will find the link to the registration form and the fees for Interspeech 2025.

The light version of the fees does not include the conference banqueting party on Wednesday 20 August.

You can however purchase tickets separately during the registration process for yourself or an accompanying person.

If you are an ISCA member, please have your ISCA e-mail address and ISCA membership ID ready because you will need both to verify your ISCA membership. The ISCA membership ID can be found on your personal page at http://www.isca-speech.org -> login.

If you have an accepted paper, please have the paper IDs ready.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation can be done in the registration form, but please also send an e-mail notification to registration@interspeech2025.org.

Cancellation of registration refers to complete and/or partial cancellation of registrations, satellite events, tutorials, lunches and social events. 

Cancellation fees are incurred as follows: 

  • Cancellations received prior to Sunday 20 July 2025 - full refund minus an administration fee of €50,00 (fifty Euro).

  • Cancellations received after Sunday 20 July 23.59 EST - No refund on the registration fee is given. We will refund purchased lunch tickets and extra tickets for social events until 3 August (two weeks before the start of Interspeech 2025).

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat via registration@interspeech2025.org as soon as possible.

Please note: if you are unable to attend due to not obtaining a visa for the Netherlands, we will provide a full refund without charging an administration fee.
