The Sponsor & Exhibition floor​

Boasting over 2000m² of dedicated space, the Rotterdam Rooms at Ahoy provide a prime location for sponsors and exhibitors to showcase their brands. This expansive area will not only house sponsor and exhibitor booths, but will also serve as the vibrant catering hub throughout the event. During breaks, delegates can visit booths while enjoying coffee, lunch, and light refreshments—creating the perfect opportunity for interaction.

As an added bonus, the welcome reception on Monday 18 August will take place in this same area, offering an extra opportunity to connect with conference delegates.
